David Katz | Trustee: Weston, VT; David graduated from the University of Vermont in 1976 and returned with his family in 2019 when they bought their first house in Weston. In the pandemic, they attended all of Weston's tent shows, and have been supportive members of the Producers Circle. David was a former board member for the traveling youth soccer program, Potomac Soccer Association, for many years. David is currently senior counsel of the Corporate & Financial Services Department for Willkie, Farr & Gallagher.

Barrie Koegel | Trustee: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) Committee. Warren/Weston, VT and Harlem, NYC, NY; In the winter of 2000, she crisscrossed the state in an RV camper wrapped in lawn signs, as an organizer for Democratic primary nominee Bill Bradley for President. Since then, she has been working at the intersection of politics, communications and nonprofit administration for a variety of social justice causes. Most recently, she serves as the COO at National Black Theatre, which was founded in Harlem in 1968 by the late visionary artist and activist Dr. Barbara Ann Teer.

Linda Oskam | Trustee: Development Committee. Co-chair of the Weston Theater fall Gala: 2025 and 2026 Manchester, VT; Board of trustees: Manchester Community Library, Honorary Trustee. Co-Chair Weston Playhouse Gala 2016 and 2017.

Gene Palma |Trustee: Weston, VT; Gene graduated from Iona College in 1987 and resided in New York City until he moved to Weston full-time with his family in 2022 after a career as Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer in higher education for several decades, most recently at Adelphi University. Gene is active in community organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Wilder Memorial Library, Old Parish Church, and Treasurer of the Western Democratic Association. Gene is currently a consultant in Emergency Management & Crisis Planning. He has also owned a home in Ludlow, VT (Okemo) since 1994 and has been attending plays at the WTC for over 30 years.

Carole Sureau |New Trustee (2026) Development Committee. Boston, MA and Andover, VT; Retired professional with a background in not-for-profit human services and health care; past Budget Director for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Human Services; Hospital Coordinator for the New England Organ Bank. During her thirty-plus-year span of community volunteering, she developed a curriculum-based cultural enrichment and intergenerational program for the local schools; President of the Stow Community Chest; Chair of the Town of Stow Open Space Committee; Trustee of the private non-profit Stow Conservation Trust. She is a longtime Weston subscriber and Producers’ Circle member with a deep commitment to the arts and community life.
