The Weston Theater Company offers entry-level positions to qualified candidates for the summer season with the intent to help build experience and springboard full-time professional careers. Production department and administrative staff work side-by-side with WTC staff and experienced directors and designers. YoPros receive a seasonal salary and housing is provided.
WTC seeks candidates with maturity and aptitude in theater production or administration, who are seeking career growth through on-the-ground training. Certain positions require physical labor and will require longer hours at specific parts of the theatrical season. Depending on the position, applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely with assistance. Comfort working at heights (on ladders, in a grid, often in tight awkward spaces) is required for some positions.
