Group Ticketing Request Form

  • All group orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve tickets.
  • No tickets will be reserved until the deposit is paid, even if the form has been submitted. You may also pay in full upfront.
  • Adjustments can be made to your original order until your final payment is complete, but there will be no refunds if your final total is below your deposit payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to your chosen performance. This balance will reflect any changes made to the order between the deposit payment and final payment.
  • Group orders are filled and seats assigned according to the order in which deposits are received. Although we try our best to honor your seating requests, we cannot guarantee that specific seating requests will be met, particularly later in the season.
  • If someone in your group requires special accommodations, please make sure this is known when you order the tickets so we are able to make arrangements prior to the performance.
  • If your group is tax-exempt, you must let us know and provide a tax-exempt certificate when you submit your deposit, or we will not be able to process the order properly.
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable after the final payment is complete.
  • Group sale tickets will be held at will call unless otherwise arranged after payment is complete.
