WESTON THEATER COMPANY PRESENTS: IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS

WESTON, VT (July 10, 2025) - Weston Theater Company celebrates holiday magic under summer skies with the classic song and dance musical by Irving Berlin, WHITE CHRISTMAS — playing at Walker Farm from July 16 - Aug 10.

Join us in Weston for a story about a group of entertainers from New York uniting to save a struggling Vermont inn, and finding love and friendship along the way. Irving Berlin’s WHITE CHRISTMAS is a funny and heartwarming Golden-Era classic with a dazzling score, including “Blue Skies,” “I Love a Piano,” “How Deep is the Ocean,” and the perennial title song.

“It is such a delight to bring Irving Berlin's White Christmas to life here in Weston, a setting so very much like the Vermont where the story unfolds.” says director and Weston's Executive Artistic Director, Susanna Gellert.

“We’re very excited to celebrate a “Summer Christmas” with our Weston audience, but it’s clear that the show is about so much more than holiday merriment. As the actors and I have dug into the story, we have discovered that it is truly about forming friendships, building community, and forging hope. When people come together — whether it's a snowy December night or a warm evening in July —the season shines a little brighter no matter the month.”

Previously at Weston, Gellert has directed PIPPIN (2024), SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN (2023), HAIR (2022), RING OF FIRE (2021), and THE FANTASTICKS (2019). Prior to Weston, Gellert was the Associate Producer and Director of Theatre for a New Audience. Her NYC and Baltimore directing credits include SENSE AND SENSIBILITY, the world premiere of MUD BLUE SKY, CRIMES OF THE HEART, and VISITING DAY.
